This was one of our road trip audiobooks during our Nova Scotia vacation. (There really arent many books about Nova Scotia on Audible.) We planned on staying in Halifax toward the end of our trip, so we wanted to learn some of the history of the area.
We got to see many of the specific locations the author mentioned in the book, as well as watch the sunset from the very hill many survivors fled to after the explosion.
This book is informative and clear, though I think it is a little longer than it needs to be. The subject matter is, well, kind of depressing.
